If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the package. The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract for the purchase of one of our items, without penalty and without stating a specific reason, as long as this is done within the 10 working day period.
The methods for requesting withdrawal are the same as for requesting a return. Shipping costs and any other costs in the event that the goods are not intact shall be borne by the consumer.
