If the purchased product should present anomalies or defects, you can request an exchange for another size/article, a voucher to be used later or a refund. The choice cannot be changed later. For a return, a request must be made in writing to info@monroeshop.it.
To speed up the response, we recommend that you indicate in the subject line of the email: 'Return request' and the order number, specifying the defects found in the product. Returns are only accepted if the product is in the same condition in which it was received. It must therefore be perfectly intact, not having been used, washed or modified. It must be complete with label still attached and/or original packaging. The product must be received by us within 7 days from the date of authorisation of return.
